Bothe Practical and the Theory music exams can be studied at the academy.
Candidates enter themselves and pay for examinations on line.

Syllabuses used for examination preparation are:
The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM)
The London College of Music (LCM)
Trinity College (Rock & Pop)

All Academy pupils have achieved a 100% pass rate in the 25 years of operation.

Music Exams are a great way to monitor progress and give great sense of achievement, although we do not consider examinations compulsory.
Results from grades 6 to 8 qualify for UCAS points that can be used on applications to University’s and Colleges.
